Important Information for Your Order
If a group is reduced to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or shorten the number of lesson hours. Multiple instructor changes are possible due to the flexible organization. We reject any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance are the responsibility of the course participants. Price reimbursement due to injury or illness is only possible with a medical certificate. Only unused days (difference amount) will be reimbursed. Lessons canceled due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be replaced. Private courses take place in all weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire! All deliveries and services of the ski school based on online orders via the internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.
Content of the Online Offer
The ski school / ski rental (hereinafter referred to as the "author") assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information presented or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded, provided that there is no proven intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the author. All offers are non-binding and without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue publication of parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate notice.
References and Links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external internet pages ("links") that lie outside the author's area of responsibility, liability would only come into force in cases where the author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable to prevent use in the event of illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were created, no illegal content was identifiable on the pages to be linked. All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the online offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the respectively applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of such names does not justify the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published objects created by the author remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.
Booking and Reservations of Ski and Snowboard Courses
The use of lift facilities is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school provides no compensation for lesson time lost due to failures of cable cars and lift facilities.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policies apply:
A. 100% refund up to 20 days before the start
B. 50% refund up to 7 days before the start. Any booking or payment made less than 20 days before the start is subject to the same conditions.
C. No refund less than 7 days before the start. Any booking or payment made less than 7 days before the start is subject to the same conditions.
Jurisdiction, Place of Performance and Choice of Law
The place of performance is the central place of business of the ski school / ski rental. In the event of disputes, the court having jurisdiction at the location of the central place of business of the ski school / ski rental shall be competent. Austrian law shall apply. The contract language is German.
